Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients.Responsibilities:

  • Promote services to support and generate sales for logistics, courier, and freight forwarding services.
  • Primary responsibility is to realize sales targets and execute the sales strategy as it?s been laid out.
  • Maintain existing customer relations as well as expand our customer base with new ones, whilst keeping your customer portfolio up-to-date at all times by administrating data in the available CRM system.
  • Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with the operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers? requirements.
  • Secure customer-generated revenues and serve as the main entry point for land, air & ocean freight both internally and externally.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the best conditions adapted to customers.
  • Monitor the progress of the shipment until the final destination.
  • Participate in the contract setting and monitor customers? payments with the Collection Desk.
  • May participate in the management of commercial disputes.
  • Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
  • Researching competitors products and pricing as well as market conditions.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
  • Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
