Job Description

Job Summary/Purpose:Sell new or used vehicles, such as cars, vans and trucks, on premise of vehicle sales, in order to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction index.?Responsibilities:??

  1. Achieve assigned sales target and KPIs by ensuring an agreed mix of vehicle models and types.
  2. Explain features of vehicles in showroom and demonstrate operation of vehicles by conducting road test drives; convert prospects to buyers.
  3. Cross sell optional equipment and accessories to customers.?
  4. Compute sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, discounts, and requirements for financing payments on credit.?
  5. Prepare quotations and sales contract and secure required documents from customers, such as driving license, civil ID, etc.?
  6. Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.?
  7. Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.?
  8. Follow sales lead, using list of prospective customers, referrals, database, business directories, etc.
  9. Keep track and ensure that the vehicles displayed on the showroom floor has been reconditioned and ready to deliver to customers.
  10. Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures relating to the purchase, registration, insurance and payment of vehicles by customers.
  11. Maintain prospective customers database and develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales contacts and attend to and resolve customer complaints.
  12. Document and report customers feedback to management, prepare and submit sales reports.??
