Job Role:

Present, promote and sell Service Contract using solid arguments to existing Customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of a Service Contract vs. On-call to existing customers to get higher penetration
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer through onsite meetings, Telephonic calls & other online web channels as may required
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints through Field Service Managers/ Call centers to maximize Customer satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon Service Contract Penetration targets and outcomes within given schedule
Coordinate closely with Service team members and other departments as may needed
Analyze the given MIF/territory, track On-call MIF and track conversion reports
Submit to management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
Continuously improve through feedback
