Our client: A large conglomerate with diversified businesses is looking to hire a Sales Director for Kuwait.Your Role: Our client needs a dynamic professional who carries over 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, distribution management, marketing, negotiations, and CRM in the FMCG sector. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating and managing the strategic sales planning and marketing of the company, including the analysis of the different market sectors, the strategies of the competitors, and the best routes to market. Someone who is good at Managing and implementing the sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency for the sales in the organization. Work with the Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams to implement targeted sales strategy
