Sales coordinator Tasks:
Prepare a BTB clients list and share it with the manager. (Google Sheets) *New client:
1. Study and evaluate the Client?s level (what is the monthly consumption?).
2. Visit.
3. Quotation price + Prepare PSS.
4. Trail order ? you have to be there during the receiving.
5. Take all the required documents to open the account and file it.
6. Send announcement email to all responsible departments Operation and purchase. *Contain: Monthly consumption ? receiving timing ? Address ? name and contact number for the receiver.
7. First delivery order, sales coordinator should be there at the receiving time to be sure about service and quality.
8. If the client received 5 orders. We consider him a recent client.
