Job Description

Basic Objectives: To coordinate the disposition of all capital equipment spares and screens quotations required, meeting the requirements of sales department and direct requests from clients.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle capital equipment inquires and tender
  • Liaise with the clients for clarification with regards to inquiries.
  • Liaise with Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, Technical Service Engineer or Operations Manager for technical assistance and pricing strategies
  • Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and preform invoices
  • Proactive coordination between Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics and Accounts department to get the updates on availability and lead time, delivery updates and payment issues
  • To maintain good relationships with the customers
  • To maintain an efficient working environment
  • Prepare accurate forecast and month end reports for generated sales and proposals submitted
  • Maintain files of all quotations, customers and sales
  • Carry out the duties as delegated from time to time
