Plan, organize and strategize sales objectives and activities of the department to generate revenue.
Facilitate to conduct SWOT analysis for competitors, competitors? products, and customer to overcome competition.
Set strategy during budget deficiency or any other similar situation to meet revenue goal to cover expenses.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analysis the Sales prospects.
