Job Summary/Purpose:Sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in order to achieve overall sales targets and customer satisfaction index.Responsibilities:1.Maintain the account servicing of current customers and keep track of adherence to service schedules.2.Collect the customer requirements and create customized AMC Sales proposals and service contracts.3.Coordinate with parts staff for demand planning in order to manage optimum inventory levels.4.Coordinate with parts and service staff in negotiation and finalization of sales contracts.5.Follow-up on the one time Service Charge and Out of warranty customers and tap the potential to maximize sales.6.Participate in the product launches to promote and increase market share.7.Attend and resolve escalated customer complaints.8.Check the outcome of preventive maintenance actions and make recommendations to department staff concerning improvements.9.Prepare and submit schedule reports to the direct manager.
