Job Description

ROLE SUMMARYTo handle all sales activities inside the outlets and assist the Store manager in achieving the Sales budget, controlling shrinkage, operating costs, monitoring inventory and ensuring finest customer service at all times.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To maximize the sales in order to achieve the sales budget
  • Guarantee the Store is well maintained over the long term
  • Keep the sales area full, the store well arranged and clean permanently
  • Provide the best service for our customers
  • Guarantee implementation of merchandising guidelines inside the stores
  • Adapt sales mix to increase the merchandise rotation
  • Coordinate and ensure promotional aspect of the merchandise in the store
  • Achieve the Budget and react to any variances
  • Monitor and exercise control on shrink and disposal of west to a minimum level
  • Ensure stock value do not exceed budgeted limit
