Job Description

We looking for a sales professional to assist customers at our retail store. In this role, the retail sales associate will guide customers through the shopping process, from initial greeting to final purchase. Providing insights and support, the sales associate will help strengthen our customer relationships and convert new patrons into repeat shoppers. The ideal candidate for this role will have a knack for engaging customers and resolving their concerns. The retail sales associate should be passionate about people and eager to develop new customer-service skills.

  • Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing clients.
  • Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  • Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
  • Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
  • Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
  • Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or a service for subsequent promotional activities.
