We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team, selling baby products under our exclusive brand, Mambobaby.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. They should be fluent in English, a hard worker, and proficient in multitasking. This role requires the ability to work as a front liner, interacting with customers, managing point-of-sale operations, and providing exceptional service. Comfort with technology and the capability to address customer inquiries regarding products are essential.Responsibilities:Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers visiting our booth in the mall and provide them with detailed information about our baby products, with a specific focus on our Mambobaby brand. Offer personalized assistance and recommendations based on customers needs and preferences. Ensure a friendly and professional customer experience at all times.Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our baby products, particularly the Mambobaby brand. Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.Point-of-Sale Operations: Efficiently manage the point-of-sale system, processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely. Maintain an organized cash register and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and knowledgeably to customer inquiries, whether in person at the booth, via phone calls, or through our online platform. Address questions regarding product availability, pricing, features, warranty, and any other relevant information. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful responses.Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary products to customers. Recommend additional baby products, accessories, or Mambobaby merchandise based on customer needs and preferences.Stock Management: Assist with inventory management, including restocking products on the booth, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the inventory team to ensure an adequate supply of products is available at all times.Maintain Visual Appeal: Keep the booth clean, organized, and visually appealing. Arrange products attractively, ensuring the booth represents our brands image and showcases the Mambobaby products effectively.
