Job Description

ENGIE Solutions Kuwait is a leading energy and integrated services solutions organisation, committed to act to accelerate the transition towards a carbon-neutral economy, through reduced energy consumption and more environmentally friendly solutions.The Sales and Marketing Executive will support the growth of sales in country coordinating with ENGIE Solutions Regional office in Dubai in all marketing activities. This role is key in Engie Solutions Kuwait BD team for to deliver its growth strategy and build its reputation. Key responsibilities cover relationship building, facilities management and energy services on top of this the role encompasses PR and marketing plus CSR activities in Kuwait, always ensuring best possible representation of ENGIE Kuwait in line with ENGIE Group governance.Prospects:

  • Understand ENGIE Solutions? key activities and growth strategies.
  • Conduct field research to identify new markets, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Build and own a pipeline of potential clients for ENGIE Solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads in line with ENGIE Solutions? target sector and growth objectives.
  • Organize and lead virtual or face-to-face business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Connect and network with industry professionals through social media and professional groups.
  • Convert leads into qualified RFPs via unsolicited or formal bid process.
  • Build relationships with new clients.
  • Stay up to date on the industry by attending industry relevant exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.
  • Develop and assist in meaningful, relevant, and engaging Client presentations.
Marketing / CSR:
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, company presentations etc.) to augment the company?s presence/visibility in the market.
  • Organize and attend promotional and corporate events and marketing campaigns.
  • Be proactive on social media to always promote company?s identity.
  • Take on ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Head of BD and Operations or General Manager.
