Responsibilities?Monitor and assess hazardous and unsafe situations.?Compile Safety programs. Design training programs to provide safety awareness.?Practice safe working techniques.?Implement and maintain health & Safety standards.?Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.?Maintain compliance of all safety regulations.?Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.?Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.?Identify hazardous waste and disposal of it correctly.?Promote safety initiatives.?Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.?Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.?Regularly inspect safety equipments.?Monitor health & Safety, monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations. Write reports detailing health and safety.?Monitor and control all HSE matters related with team members in ensuring that all works in compliance with the project requirement.?Promote safe practice at the job site and enforce safety guidelines.
