Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to potential customers. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers in finding the right products and provide information about product features and benefits.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport with customers.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
