Maximizes sales opportunities
Attends and assists customers in the selection and choice of Products
Presents features, functions, purposes, benefits, uses, brand and quality of the products
Ensures to push suggestive selling techniques by offering other product alternatives
Replenishes items on display and ensures availability of items in the selling area
Merchandises and arranges display of items
Monitors movement of items and informs the store/showroom management team of the fast and slow moving items as basis for future replenishment activities
Ensures that all items in the selling area are properly displayed, with correct prices,
Helps implement health, safety and security control and practices in the workplace
Assists in periodical/yearly store/showroom inventory/stock-taking
Deals with customer queries and routine product questions utilizing store/showroom and product knowledge
Handles customer complaints and directs concerns when necessary
Ensures cleanliness and orderliness in cleaning the store/showroom if necessary and proper stocking of items
Supports management decisions, requirements, expectations Commits to follow and observe all store/showroom policies, rules and regulations
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by his/her Line Manager/s
