Key Responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerforms preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and cooling equipment in accordance with the preventive maintenance program.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿKeeps refrigeration inventory up to date and orders replacement parts as needed.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿHave the ability to adjust boiler or refrigeration system?s pressures through adjustment of controls.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿActs as mechanical, technical, and operational, support to all refrigeration pneumatics, hydraulics and boilers for the facility.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupports the Maintenance team in matters pertaining to refrigeration, pneumatics, hydraulics and boilers.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssures compliance to refrigeration, pneumatics, hydraulics, and boilers standards set forth by maintenance management, State and Federal RegulationsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAnalyzes refrigeration malfunctions from performance and test equipment readings and determines appropriate repairs.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿStays current on the latest technology pertaining to Refrigeration, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and BoilersúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿChecks air compressors, pumps, refrigeration rooms and freezersúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure that production lines are functioning properly to increase efficiency and minimize waste.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿActively monitor and evaluate equipment for needed maintenance.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAddress all utilities support calls in a timely manner.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure all work areas are clean, organized, and maintained to GMP standards.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSpare parts are always correctly booked out and accounted forúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerforms Maintenance Tracking Sheet (MTS) inspections for the Mechanical Integrity of the Ammonia Refrigeration SystemsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿWork to ensure all Utilities Systems are inspected, maintained, and are operational in a safe, reliable manner to comply with regulatory requirements. Utilities Systems include but are not limited to, Ammonia Refrigeration, Compressed Air, Boilers, Steam, Condensate Return, Glycol, Brine, HVAC, Fire Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, Fire Risers, Wastewater Pretreatment, and Natural Gas, ThermostatúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCarry out required/preventive maintenance and replace worn/broken parts, providing feedback on frequency.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿRepair single/double doors.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿUtilize observations and data to track and repair premature equipment failures.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure that maintenance tasks adhere to company food & Beverage safety polices. Ensure that all parts and tools are sanitized before use on the production floor.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure all working practices comply with company rules and procedures.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain full and up to date records of all equipment, repairs, and parts.
