Responsibilities:? Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and equipment, including compressors, condensers,evaporators, and controls.? Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance to ensuresystem reliability.? Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in refrigeration systems.? Replace defective components and adjust systems to ensure optimal performance.? Monitor and control the operation of refrigeration systems to ensure efficient performance.? Record and maintain accurate logs of system operations, maintenance activities, and repairs.? Adhere to all safety standards and protocols related to the handling and use of refrigerants and otherhazardous materials.? Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.? Participate in safety training and emergency response drills.? Provide technical support and training to other maintenance staff and plant operators regarding refrigerationsystems.? Collaborate with engineers and other technical personnel to improve system performance and efficiency.? Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system performance, and repairs.? Prepare and submit reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and safety compliance.? Other duties as assigned.
