Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Conduct recruitment trips, job fairs, career days, and other recruiting activities, as required and requested.
Stay current with knowledge of employment regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, applicable laws, and employment legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
Create job descriptions as required and needed by reviewing the applicable Statement of Work .
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
Evaluate candidates including determining qualifications based on job descriptions.
Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities.
Gather and compile documentation of candidates? credentials to provide a preliminary packet of qualifications to the hiring Manager.
Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when requested.
Conduct phone interviews, reference checks, and in-person interviews as requested and necessary.
Use social media to promote jobs and the Company, coordinating with the Company?s HR Talent Acquisition team for all social media outreach.
Initiate offer letter requests upon the hiring manager?s direction.
Work cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities.
