Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Kuwait. Their 130 bed accredited facility includes inpatient rooms, labor rooms, neonatal units, Intensive Care Units, Operation Theatres, Emergency Room, outpatient clinics and sub-specialized medical/surgical fields.what we offerYour salary is a tax free salary! You will have a direct and permanent employment with our client, for either 2 or 3 years. Healthcare insurance or medical treatment is part of that employment. You work in an international team & working environment. All leave and end of service benefits as per Kuwait Labor Law.DescriptionThe client is looking for highly professional Recruitment Specialist who will support the Recruitment Manager in fulfillment of vacancies by researching potential contacts, interviewing candidates, and building a network of top-tier talent within their industry.

  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans;
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals;
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees;
  • Screen resumes and job applications;
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates;
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive);
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire;
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys;
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods;
  • Host and participate in job fairs;
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
