Job Description

POSITION SUMMARYPAE is seeking a Recreation Manager / Marketing Manager (RM/MM) performing ISS (Installation Support Services) functions at Ali Al Salem base and Cargo City in Kuwait.? The RM/MM will be responsible for recreation programs, fitness center operations, learning resource center operations, community activity center operations (includes Alcohol & Resale Activities), theatre operations, and lifeguard services to include planning, execution, labor and supervision of a diverse workforce.? The RM/MM will perform other duties as assigned by Site Manager or Program leadership IAW international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria and any other industry standards/criteria.The RM/MM shall be available within 2 hours to meet on the installation with Government personnel to discuss problem areas.BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY

  • Planning, scheduling, quality control to ensure work in accordance with all governing guidelines
  • Marketing activities and events in coordination with the base leadership
  • Supervising staff
  • Participating and providing input in hiring, promotion, transfer and terminations
  • Any other items as directed or as outlined in PWS
  • All supporting documentation / reporting as required IAW international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria and any other industry standards/criteria
