Answering telephonic and other inquiries in a timely manner.
Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls
Updating and verifying patient information at every visit
Assisting patients with filling out patient history forms, consent forms and payment contract forms
Receiving and processing cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered
Reviewing patient accounts, identify delinquent accounts and collect overdue payments
Answer, investigate and/or direct patient inquiries or complaints to the appropriate medical staff member
Granting pre-authorizations for medical treatment, if covered.
