Reports To: Showroom Manager˙Job Summary:˙The Receptionist reports to the Sales/Brand Manager and receives customers and guides them to the concerned Sales Executives.˙Key Responsibilities:˙? Greeting and receiving customers and directing them to the concerned Sales Executives.? Attending all incoming & outgoing calls and handling inquires whenever possible.? Redirect calls as required and take messages when required.? Handles all correspondence through email, fax and telephone calls.? Scheduling appointments with clients (If any).? Maintaining high confidentiality ethics.? Attain maximum customer satisfaction.˙
