Job Description

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greet patient / guests on arrival at admission.
  • Handle admission process and complete necessary documentation.
  • Verify patient data / update file (Physical File and in HIS).
  • Handle telephone management and support patient queries.
  • Handle Insurance Pre-Approvals.
  • Handle concurrent billing and collection.
  • Submit the collection to the Central Cashier on daily basis and reconcile.
