? Quantity take-off for all civil items (manually, A-CAD) based on pricing preamble and compiling the tender BOQ with description? Analyze labor, material, and plant rates (fixed and variable) and thus assist in costing, pricing and direct and indirect cost analysis of BOQ items? Maintain vendor database, floating inquiries for subcontractors and suppliers? Analyzing and comparing quotations received in the bidding stage and clarifying exceptions/qualifications within the compilation of bids/bids submitted? Prepare and approve payments requests / evaluations so that payments are received in accordance with the terms of the business progress contract? Maintain records of claims and therefore approve changes/change orders? Prepare and compile a change claim document with all relevant evidence to the satisfaction of the engineer/employer? Preparing and compiling the final accounts payment request with evidence and related documents in accordance with contract obligations? Attend progress meetings and provide updates to the client with cost forecasts as required Site visit when required to monitor progress? Prepare payment request / progress payment claim against value of work performed for measured works, variations / change orders, on-site / off-site materials, fluctuations, special payments in accordance with the contract? Any additional task assigned by the President / Head of Reports? Hands-on experience in quantification, costing (estimate), tendering, effective sub-procurement procedures, and contract management
