Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe key roles and responsibilities include:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist QA/QC manager to set the QA/QC planúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿExecute the QA/QC plan in compliance with the quality standardsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAudit quality control of raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain audit results by completing reports, and inputting data into the systemúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues (including customer complaints) through collaboration with the production team and QA/QC manager.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿParticipate all product testing processes, third party and customer audits and inspections.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿIdentify areas of development and recommend ideas for improvementúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure adherence to quality, security, ISO and HSE procedures and standards for every job performedúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCreate, track and update a log for all quality issues and recommend solutions for eachúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure the production areas are free from pests, rodents, and insectsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure raw materials and finished products are stored in safe and enclosed containersúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEliminate improperly stored items to reduce pest harboragesúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMake sure waste is regularly disposed of in the correct mannerúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitor routine cleaning and sanitizing as per the hygiene and safety requirementsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReport any quality issues and maintenance requirements to the QA/QC Manager to avoid production problems and take preventive and corrective actionsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure maintenance of highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in provision of the servicesúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAny other relevant work assigned by the department manager
