We are seeking a dedicated and organized Business Registration and Tender SupportCoordinator to join our team. This role involves managing company registrations withgovernment entities in Kuwait and the GCC, coordinating document collection for tendersubmissions, and identifying potential business opportunities across the web and socialmedia. The ideal candidate should possess strong Microsoft Office skills, especially inWord, Excel, and PowerPoint.Key Responsibilities:? Complete and follow up on company registrations with relevant governmententities, including CAPT, K-Tendering, KOC, KNPC, JO, KGOC, SAM, and PIC.? Ensure all registrations are current and compliant with local regulations acrossKuwait and the GCC.? Collaborate with various divisions to acquire necessary documentation for tendersubmissions.? Maintain an organized filing system for all registration and tender documents,ensuring timely updates.? Actively research and track potential business opportunities using online platformsand social media.? Communicate relevant opportunities to the Estimation Head, providing insights thatcontribute to strategic decision-making.? Assist the estimation team in preparing technical submissions for tenders.? Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, summarizing key information for internaland external stakeholders.? Manage a varied workload effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
