Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards:1- Responsible to coordinate the procurement cycle of specific products or services.2- deal with the Companies and suppliers of equipment, conduct negotiations with suppliers and make a cost comparison between them.3- Prepare Management executive summary obtains necessary approval.4- Procure products/materials, equipment and services in a timely manner.5- Reviews contracts to evaluate overall revisions, price, and past performance of each contract prior to bid or renewal.6- Organizes, updates and retains product information files and purchase order records.
