The Purchasing Officer is responsible of getting the best quality / price deals for critical material supplies and services by negotiating bids and prices with local and international suppliers.-He follows-up with suppliers to meet quality standards and set delivery time.-Maintain smooth contacts with present suppliers, trying permanently to get decreased prices and offers.-Establish contacts with new suppliers aiming for both quality and privileged purchasing conditions-Ascertain supplier?s ability to meet the company?s requirements for design, quality, performance, price, delivery and obtain deferred payment terms.?-Negotiate the quotations to get the required quality and services to ensure timely deliveries at the most competitive cost with maximum company benefit.-Compare the quotations and submit them to the Purchasing Manager for his/her final approval.?-Analyze & distribute shipping documents to ensure prompt clearance of consignment.-Perform a follow-up on purchase orders to secure that orders are received on time in full.-coordinating with warehouse Management in order to ensure that all products received as per conditions and terms.-Coordinating with Designing Dep. In order to choose the best display of items. ?-Ready to join immediately.
