? Communicate with suppliers to get quotations, item sample for approval.? Prepare purchase orders and send to the cycle for management approval.? Once the PO is approved communicate with supplier to arrange the delivery until the stocks is received in warehouse.? Coordinate with warehouse receiving to follow and resolve any discrepancy between LPO and invoice.? Follow up on missing items and out of stocks items.? Prepare the monthly purchase orders reports.? Prepare and maintain the fillings of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier quotations, approved product sample form.? Initiate and follow up returns to suppliers to ensure accurate credit notes are issued.
