Perform daily purchasing activities and ensuring the fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.
Work closely with the Factory Manager to determine demand, supply deadlines, set stock levels, and implement reorder policies to ensure adequate stock for production plans.
Assist in determining sources, obtaining quotations from key suppliers, and participating in the selection of suppliers.
Collaborate on managing and negotiating prices, contracts, and timelines to improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business.
Manage procurement activities for local and assist with imported raw materials, equipment, and any necessary items.
Constantly evaluate the availability of alternate suppliers, collect documentation to assess the suitability of raw materials, equipment, and services.
Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare documents related to purchase requests and purchase order processing in adherence to ISO standards.
Monitor and control raw materials, work in progress, finished goods, and consumables to optimize inventory levels.
Assist in building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with all related suppliers.
