Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized purchasing officer to join our company. Having a good knowledge of the market. Well-experienced in Oil & Gas sectorResponsibilities:

  • Negotiating contracts on reasonable terms for pricing and supply.
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Monitoring purchased products to ensure quality.
  • Updating order details in our internal databases.
  • Issuing purchase reports including the cost analysis.
  • Conducting product & market research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop purchasing plans and find potential vendors.
  • Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
  • Inspect stock and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
  • Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals.
  • Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
  • Any other required tasks related to the work in the same field.
