Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join the real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on their real estate needs, including buying, selling, and renting properties. The Property Consultant will also be responsible for researching and analyzing the real estate market, identifying potential clients, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service to clients.Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on their real estate needs, including buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Research and analyze the real estate market to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Identify potential clients through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate deals on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the best possible outcome.
  • Coordinate property viewings and inspections with clients.
  • Prepare and present offers to clients for properties they are interested in purchasing or renting.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire process.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
