Job Description

As a Property Appraiser, you will be responsible for evaluating and determining the value of real estate properties in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. You will conduct thorough inspections and assessments of properties to provide accurate and reliable appraisals.Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect properties and gather relevant information such as location, size, condition, and amenities.
  2. Analyze market trends, sales data, and property values to determine accurate appraisals.
  3. Prepare detailed appraisal reports that include property descriptions, market analysis, and valuation conclusions.
  4. Conduct research on comparable properties and make adjustments based on differences.
  5. Stay updated with regulations, market conditions, and property values.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Appraiser.
  2. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation methods.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
