Job Description

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in the successful execution of Architectural construction projects in Al Kuwait. This position requires a skilled individual who can oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  3. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues.
  5. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  8. Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
  9. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays.
  10. Lead project meetings and provide updates on project milestones and deliverables.
