Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Engineer Site Project Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in managing on-site low voltage engineering projects, possess PMP certification, and demonstrate proficiency in project management software. The ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English is essential for effective collaboration.Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, considering scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Execute and oversee low voltage engineering projects on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
Client Interaction:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage client expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that low voltage systems meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
Budget and Resource Management:
  • Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Identify and address any budgetary or resource-related issues promptly.
Risk Management:
  • Proactively identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and change orders.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders using project management software.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure that all on-site activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Implement measures to promote a safe working environment.
