1.Responsible for the execution of projects, including overall planning within the specification parameters,meeting time schedules.2.Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people andoperatives;3 Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;4 Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;5 Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect;6Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the generalworkforce involved in the project;7Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attendingregular meetings to keep them informed of progress;8Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and thework of any subcontractors;9 Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;10 Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;.11Responsible for all on-site duties relating to measurement, structure dimension, and evaluation tosupport project activities in line with the master plan schedule.12Conduct field surveys, control points establishment, field data processing, setting out and production ofsurvey drawings.13Develop work plans, method and procedures to perform surveying tasks. Collect and analyze field data;perform complex survey and engineering computation.14Accurately establish and transfer control networks both horizontal and vertical. This includes ?verticalplumbing? for control transfer between floors on multi storey buildings..15 Produce clear accurate ?As Built? surveys of a standard that can be issued to other contractors.16Develop project management plan, project schedule, estimate activity resources and estimate activityduration.17Direct and manage project execution to ensure all installation works are completed as per the relevantspecification, contract requirement,18Monitor and control project works by gathering work performance data, analyze and review allinformation. Using different technique such as inspection, variance and earn value management,recommends necessary preventive or corrective actions.19Reviews and monitors project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract
