? Responsible & accountable to ensure that all the projects are executed on time safely within the approved standards laid out and in accordance with the contract specifications.? Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.? Managing site operations, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and subcontractors if any.? Ensure that all materials/ equipment requested, selected, used and works performed are as per specifications.? Finalize price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.? Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.? Prepare daily progress reports and attend regular client meetings and submit the final reports to the Operations Head.? Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other issues that may arise.? Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.?
