Circuit Plus Coaches lead members through high-intensity group fitness classes. Coaches demonstrate excellent coaching, leadership, and managerial skills. All coaches should coach any fitness level, from beginner to advanced, and can get along with all personality types to help members reach their goals. The ideal coach is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate and takes pride in everything they do.Essential duties and responsibilities include:* Maintain the highest standard of the coaching set within the Circuit+ Coaches Manual* Coach minimum of three classes a day, expected to coach four classes a day* To perform fitness sessions and one-to-one personal training sessions.* To provide quality service to existing and potential members/clients.* To maintain a safe, clean, and tidy station environment.* Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines * Watch trainees do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness * Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill* Monitor trainees? progress and suggest any necessary adaptions to the programs as needed* Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on fitness training and the use of exercise equipmentRequired Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* CrossFit Certification/Fitness Certifications/ any Martial Arts Certifications.* Recognized personal training qualification (minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent) if the coach wants to do PT* Bachelor?s Degree is essential according to the Kuwait government (it can be any bachelor?s degree)* Minimum two years of experience* Passionate, energetic, fit, healthy & presentable* Leadership skills, flexible, positive attitude* Always looking to improve your skills, knowledge, and experience* Take responsibility, professional and punctual* Excellent communication skillsWe offer:* Competitive salary + commission for Personal Training * 30 days paid time off/vacation * Accomodation* Transportation from/to work* Private health insurance* Grow opportunity * Great job environment* Access to the gym for personal use Many more!A bit more about Circuit+Circuit+ emerged into the fitness market in June 2012 upon opening the first location and CrossFit affiliate ?
