Ensure dispatch of items are in line with respective orders
Ensure Fleet Management team delivers the right quantities and on timely basis.
Maintains work-flow by monitoring steps of the production process; control points, personnel and resources.
Ensure mixing, filling, packing & labelling of all products is done in most cost effective and efficient manner.
Implements cost reductions; develop reporting procedures and systems
Achieve production target by planning & scheduling and assigning right personnel.
Maintains quality service and hygiene by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
