Responsible for the Production Department and Production Workshop and and variety of Technical Staffs.
Reporting to the Executive management on work plan, progress and completion etc.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the production workshop, ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality wood and metal products
Manage and motivate a team of skilled artisans and craftsmen to achieve production targets and quality standards
Develop and implement production plans and schedules, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as with applicable regulations and procedures
Manage inventory levels and ordering of raw materials and supplies
Monitor and report on production performance and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Continuously evaluate and improve production processes and procedures, using data analysis and process improvement methodologies
