Job Description

The production manager will oversee all aspects of the beverage department and ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. He will strategize and work closely with other team leaders to ensure operational excellence and will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

  • Control all aspects of beverage production. Manage a workforce to accomplish task
  • Keep all daily, weekly, monthly and yearly paperwork
  • Keep production in compliance with all regulations
  • Keeping all certifications current and up to date
  • Sourcing and Ordering all supplies, Budgeting costs
  • Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
  • Maintenance of equipment
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and determining quality control standards
  • Dealing with wholesale and internal customers
  • Finding new production methods and controlling efficiencies
  • Overseeing production processes
  • Organizing relevant training sessions.
