Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate on behalf of our client. A good candidate would be dynamic, enthusiastic in his field and with extensive experience of 15-20 years in a Modern Cement Plant of 5,500 TPD and above.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clinker and cement production is efficiently carrier out as per the IOS standard and is in line with the daily production target set by management
  • Plan and recommend cost optimization technique through effective utilization of assets and resources
  • Ensure bulk terminal and dispatch of cement is integrated
  • Should be responsible to present overall production targets to the EDO for final approval
  • Provide updates on the production targets, and oversee annual shutdown plan under the supervision of EDO
  • Ensure sufficient manpower, materials, spare part and equipment are available for the shutdown.
  • Maintain strong co-ordination with the department of quality control and recommend training and development requirements for staff on available shutdown.
  • Co-ordinate with maintenance department and ensure that maintenance plans are carried out in a timely manner as per the planned scheduled,
  • To identify areas of improvement for efficiency and productivity enhancement,
  • Must be able to interface with the contractors/ Suppliers & Vendors / Auditors and Consultants.
