Job Description

Production Manager for printing and packaging company1- Receive customers2- Create Job orders in system3- Create invoices and collect advance payment from customers4- follow up graphics designer to make design against customer need5- make sample for customer to approve6- decide color codes from pantone book with customer7- Make production plan

  • Paper cutting plan
  • Printing plan (offset, digital, screen printing)
  • post press plan (laminating , diecutting, pasting , binding)
  • deliver items to customer and collect payments
8- follow up production9- make reports for manager10- operate digital printing machine
