Roles & ResponsibilitiesExperience in KOC / Joint Operations (JO) procurement and tenderingExperience handling Government & Ministry tenders including Health, Medical, Education and other public-sector entitiesStrong knowledge of tender documentation and bid preparationAbility to prepare and respond to KOC questionnaires / prequalification documentsExperience in cost estimation and commercial bid preparationStrong experience in vendor scouting and supplier sourcingExperience handling local purchases and procurementAbility to obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements and negotiate with vendorsGood knowledge of Kuwait procurement and tendering proceduresStrong documentation, coordination and follow-up skillsDesired Candidate ProfileExperience: Preferably 5+ years in Procurement / Tendering, with relevant Kuwait Oil & Gas experience.Candidates currently available in Kuwait will be preferred.
