Summary / Objective: a Procurement Executive prime objectives is to be the techno-commercial elevator who can source equipment, material and develop business needs of the organization by understanding project needs, Further, he/she negotiates vendors & suppliers terms, prices and delivery schedules using his/her knowledge of budget, stock level, approved requisitions and schedule of requirements as well as custom clearance needs.Job Role:? Source variety of Mechanical and non technical Products through contact of various number of suppliers and vendors ? Develop Analytical tools and read statistics required for sales and business development ? Evaluation of suppliers based on Techno-Commercial studies. ? Traditional Order processing from suppliers which includes , negotiation; payment guarantees , custom clearance procedures ? Prepare purchase order , cash flow and cost reduction planning ? Prepare technical presentations , solutions and applications of different products ? Review Contracts renewals , agency agreements with world Heavy and Light Equipment Leaders ? Review Current Market share information to provide support to decision making ? Establish, Maintain relationship with manufacturers , suppliers from all around the world ? Review and Analyze information from Branch Sales Managers regarding enquirer of new products or stock availability ? Monitor inventory and produce product life cycles reports and related details
