Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:Obtain Quotations?Obtain quotes based on the value of the materials to be bought.?Determine the best value supplier and forward the documentation to the purchase coordinator for LPO?sArrange the Purchases:?Process the daily purchase requisitions?Send out request for quotations to various suppliers?Negotiate prices with the suppliersCreate LPO?s?Prepares P.O. in the system?Verify the price comparisons, parts details etc.?Receives signed P.O?s & circulate.?Follow-up delivery and update the status to the end user.Follow-up tasks to the messengers?Assign various tasks to the messengers?Make sure they get the right parts from the right place & timely delivery & ensure to complete the necessary documentation
