PLAY Enterprises Company is urgently looking for a Playground Assistant who is enthusiastic, playful and having a fun personality that works with the kids to ensure to have a happy experience.Main responsibilities:- Warm and enthusiastic greetings to all guests of all ages.- Responsible for ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.- Supervising children.- Highlighting potential hazards to manager.- Prepare, supervise, and conduct school visit and other events.- Responsible for updating and maintaining Standard Operational Procedures, forms and checklists for the activity programs and ensure that all procedures are adhered to.- To work well within in the team- Report any incidents or issues to manager- To ensure top customer service and handle customer complaints and report them to manager.
