Job Description

Administrative

  • Supervise and control the work of personnel in his charge.
  • Update and maintain all related files as directed by Company representative.
Operational
  • Initiate and supervise feeding of Maintenance Work Orders shut down tanks.
  • Prepare cost estimates of Maintenance Work Orders, follow-up to obtain approval. Identify
  • priority, materials foreman and establish sequence of activates.
  • Prepare scope of work, bar charts and critical path diagrams of shutdown tanks.
  • Monitor actual cost of all maintenance Work Orders and justify overruns.
  • Follow-up on inspection recommendations and plan future requirements for materials.
