- Follow the plan of treatment decided/ recommended by Physiotherapy Department in- Charge.- Instruct, motivate and assist patients to and improve functional activities such as perambulation, transfer, ambulation and daily living activities.- Co-ordinate the care with the physiatrist and patients family members.- Update of patient file & records.- Submit weekly and monthly report to the physiotherapy coordinator.- Contribute to the development of a full-fledged Health Care Department.- Assist the Department Manager to implement innovative mode of services in physiotherapy field.- Prepare and submit monthly report on last working day of every month to Department Manager.- Punctual in work, sincere, obedient, demonstrate a positive attitude and behavior; carries Physiotherapy procedure effectively and report to supervisor regarding patient needs.- Insert in improving the knowledge regarding treatment disease condition, medications and skill in handling equipment efficiency.- Follow management instructions, appreciable attitude and behavior, contribute to the growth of the company and respect the value of the company, well disciplined.
