A WELL REPUTED JEWELRY COMPANYWe?re looking for aPhotographer/videographer with excellent editing skills, and graphic designing. (Part-time or full-time)advertisement, femiliar with Kuwaits social media trends, photo/video shooting, and preffered to be exclent with graphic designing if possible.? Part-time :(8 hours for 3 days a week) or (4 hours for 6 days a week)? Full-time :(8 hours a day for 6 days a week) 1 day offRequirements:? Excellent retouching skills is a must.? Prior photography experience is a must.? Must be able to shoot and edit high quality social media content for reels, snapchat, tiktok.? Responsible in filming, capturing and editing videos and photos per EPG standard and requirements.? Film videos/Take photos on set or on location.? Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.? Plan the shoot with the Team.? Edit footage in post-production.? Develop, coordinate, implement and help with marketing plans and promotional ideas . Assess, develop and coordinate social media campaigns.? ensure that the advertising material as per the annual advertising calendar is sent to the business vertical teams and is guided to ensure uniformity in the marketing plan.? Prepare and execute digital media marketing strategies every quarter (if possible)? Assisting in maintaining the company?s archive of digital images, videos, and other content? Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Light room, final cut, premiere or similar editing softwares.? Photography and Post Production: Responsible for the majority of in-house and studio photography . Has extensive knowledge of lighting and styling techniques to set up the studio properly for each photo session. Uses artistic skills and creativity to style, light, and photograph subject matter including people and product (jewelry).? Uses extensive knowledge to produce superior, high-profile print publications, Web and digital applications. Manages photography process from concept, pre-production meetings with stylists and art directors to post production, including editing and retouching as needed to fulfill the creative intent and vision for the image. Post-production duties include critical color matching of product photography to physical product, background removal, and applying transparency masks while keeping natural shadows.? Applies retouching techniques to product packaging artwork or deco to produce realistic and accurate product photography. In the case of model photography, post production includes beauty retouching techniques, including skin-smoothing on model photography and realistic color makeup application.? Organizes and Maintains Digital Files: Works with Studio manager to organize and maintain digital file structures including archiving, adding metadata to images, and project folder organizations.? Studio Management: Co-manages the photo studio, scheduling shoots and coordinating with all stakeholders to make sure all necessary resources are ready for each photo session. Researches new photography techniques and styling to ensure in-house photography resource stays up-to-date with industry standards and trends.? Location Photography: Responsible for shoot location and event photography and local off-site events, Photography includes models, sales force, executives, other VIPs, and events.Internal COMMUNICATION:- Marketing manager- Sales managerExternal communication:- models- studio owners?????
